Pipe Relining
What is Pipe Relining?
Specialising in residential pipework, pipe relining is the core of our business. Pipe relining is a process of pipe renovation where we rehabilitate and renew old or damaged pipes without any costly excavations provided there is adequate access.
More economical as less time is required
Little to no disruption to the existing environment and building structure.
Quicker and less intrusive as chiselling and demolition work is often not required.
Advantages of pipe relining
Our Pipe Relining Process
Our team will first identify the problem (crack in the pipe, tree root infestation, blockage etc.) We will determine the size of the pipe (length and diameter) and if pipe relining is suitable.
Step 1: Inspect the pipe
Step 2: Clean and prepare the pipe
We will confirm the pipe material to identify an appropriate cleaning method and clean and prepare the pipe for relining.
Step 3: Reline the pipe
It is in this step that we use state-of-the-art technology and high-quality products to position the liner so that it creates a new pipe within the old. Once the resin cures, a new pipe is created, therefore fixing the broken pipe without needing to excavate.
Step 4: Reinstate junctions
Our team will reinstate any junctions that were closed during the relining process using our specialised robotic cutting equipment.
Step 5: Check and test
Finally we test the new lining is performing correctly by recording completed work using a high-definition camera. We provide a recording and our 25-year warranty certificate to our clients.
